Our Fees
Consultation Fee:
We charge $440.00 (incl. GST) for a 60 minute initial consultation. Payment of fees are required at the time of the initial consultation.
Legal fees are one of the first matters raised by people looking to engage a criminal lawyer.
Scerri Legal understands that being charged is a stressful experience so we aim to structure our fees in a transparent and clear manner.

We can provide you with a fixed fee agreement for most matters once we understand what work is required to be done.
Our principal lawyer, Mr Nick Scerri, is available to represent you both as solicitor and barrister.
Should you wish to have a particular barrister conduct your trial then we will prepare your matter and brief the barrister on your behalf. We will also work with the barrister as your instructing solicitor.
We can also engage experts and consultants should you so require.
Scerri Legal takes a holistic approach to criminal law: we get to know you and understand your story. We look at how you are best assisted and structure a plan that will detail where your matter is headed and what can be done in the meantime to ensure you are fit for the journey.
