Nick has represented clients in matters spanning manslaughter and drugs through to sex and driving offences.

In October 2015, the Criminal Lawyers’ Association awarded Nick the Hodge Award (Young Lawyer of the Year) for his contribution towards the practice of criminal law in Western Australia. The award is decided by senior members of the criminal law profession in consultation with the judiciary.

Nick has been invited by Murdoch University to lecture at the Trial Advocacy Intensive and to grade theses for Law School Honours Students.

Nick utilises his street-smarts and love of advocacy to obtain the best result for his clients. He believes everyone has a story that deserves to be told.


Vanessa Lanciano

Vanessa holds Bachelor of Law from Murdoch University a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Certificate of Legal Buisness Skills from the College of Law in Perth and she is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.  

Vanessa comes to us with a background in family law and she has appeared in the Family Court of Western Australia.

Vanessa also contains a Bachelor of Mass Communication and she double majored in Journalism and Public Relations at Murdoch University. During these studies, Vanessa was awarded a scholarship to study abroad at San Diego State University, California for a semester. 

Prior to becoming an advocate in the court room, Vanessa worked as a Radio Journalist broadcasting the news live in Sydney and later on, she moved into Public Relations. Her role in PR led her to working in New York City.

Away from work, Vanessa enjoys travelling and outdoor activities including snowboarding and she holds a scuba diving license.
